Lynn Adelman
Lynn Adelman is a United States District Court judge in the Eastern District of Wisconsin and a former Wisconsin state senator. He has recently published articles on Supreme Court decisions promoting the doctrine of qualified immunity in civil-rights cases, undermining habeas corpus, and striking down Congress's expansion of Medicaid. His forthcoming work will include articles on voting rights and redistricting.
